We're pretty sure that PGA Tour Commissioner Tim Finchem and the staff of the Tour's charitable arm were not thinking of this as a way to "give back" to the community.

In fact, we wonder how long it will be before Finchem decides that tossing golf balls into the stands at 16 will be prohibited. Finchem has already 86'd the caddie races and the kicking of footballs into the stands.

We would not be surprised if Finchem thinks that the acronym "PGA" now stands for "party gone awry."
